When you engage UnoCypher for game development services, the following terms apply:

• Project Scope: All project deliverables will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
• Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you will own all intellectual property rights to the final deliverables upon full payment.
• Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of your project information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
• Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the SOW. Late payments may incur interest.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnoCypher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnoCypher and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
